Zeppelin City’s District 2 feels worlds away from the rest of the action on Zeppelin Moon. Entrenched in a valley with mountains prohibiting the rest of the moon’s residence from seeing it has made it a favorite among elected officials, influencers and high ranking Prosperians. It doesn’t have the Playboy prestige of District 1, but its residence feel secluded and elite nonetheless. Governor Plaza is the central point of the valley and regularly plays host to the “meeting of the minds.”
