Zeppelin City’s District 2 feels worlds away from the rest of the action on Zeppelin Moon. Entrenched in a valley with mountains prohibiting the rest of the moon’s residence from seeing it has made it a favorite among elected officials, influencers and high ranking Prosperians. It doesn’t have the Playboy prestige of District 1, but its residence feel secluded and elite nonetheless. Nebula Heights sits on the upper valley floor at the foot of a mountain range overlooking the rest of Galaxy View.
