Residents of the Stardocks District are granted a waiver of all transport fees between Prosperia and Zeppelin Moon. Neon Harbor is the Zeppelin City zone most closely representing a major harbor city environment on Prosperia. Neon lights are abundant, the area is vibrant and alive with activity. The area encompasses the massive Zeppelin Moon Stardocks.
